Two PhD student positions
Position 1: PhD with research focusing on nanophotonic modulator
Good theoretical background in photonics: integrated photonic devices, photonic crystals, plasmonics, and silicon photonics
Cleanroom experiences preferred
Familiar with numerical simulation tools such as Lumerical, Comsol and Rsoft
Position 2: PhD with research focusing on nanophotonic biosensor
Good theoretical background in optical biosensing: optofluidics, plasmonics, biochemistry, and biosensing testing
Cleanroom experiences and wet chemistry processing preferred
Familiar with numerical simulation tools such as Lumerical, Comsol and Rsoft
International Exchange Students and Visiting Scholars
We will accept exchange students and visiting scholars who are interested in the research area of integrated photonic devices and optical biosensors.
